First of all, I want to say that we absolutely LOVE our car - thank you Kallenhard!

The staff were very friendly and had great knowledge of both the specific vehicle and the make/model overall - all questions were answered with great detail. At no point was anyone pushy, we went in knowing the make/model we wanted and the team were happy to let us view/sit in/compare until we selected the car we wanted to test drive.

They were very open and honest about the car, they even pointed out where there were some minor scuffs on the alloys that we didn't notice (which they repaired, for free).

The current process for test drives is very COVID safe so we booked into test drive it about a week later, during which time the team fully prepped the car (MOT, in depth check) any issues found were addressed (they replaced the tyres as they were an advisory. The idea here is that you test drive, with the strong intent to purchase.

We were then able to perform a lengthy test drive and decided to continue with the purchase, there were no hidden fees and the competitive warranty is offered as standard + options to extend if desired. Price of the car was also competitive based on extensive research on auto trader.
